Komunikácia s ubytovateľom - odpovede až cez whatsapp. Ubytovanie nekorenšpondovalo s fotografiami, je značne staršie, opotrebivanejšie, dve z troch kúpeľní v pôvodnom stave. Hneď prvý deň šváby vonku, ale aj vo vnútri, insekticídy sme si nakúpili a aplikovali denne. Ubytovateľ nekomunikuje v ANJ, takže sme toho veľa nevyriešili. Výšku platby za posteľnú bielizeň a uteráky(100eur) nam oznámil v deň odchodu.... takže naviac sme platili 450 EUR :( / Communication with the host was difficult. I only managed to receive responses through WhatsApp. The accommodation did not match the photos. It was much older and more worn than expected, and two of the three bathrooms were in their original, outdated condition. On the very first day we found cockroaches both outside and inside the property. We had to buy insecticide ourselves and spray it every day. The host did not speak English, so it was very difficult to communicate and resolve any issues. The host informed us about the €100 charge for bed linen and towels only on the day of our departure. As a result, we ended up paying an additional €450, which was very disappointing.
