Amazing!

Absolutely love it here we have visited multiple times and it never disappoints, such a lovely quiet peaceful place and everyone is so friendly we even met some horses on some of the walks, the beds are super comfy which is a bonus, definitely making it a regular visit here!

Wanting to escape the world for so fresh air and mental health wellness, perfect life pause 👌🏼 me and my boys love the escape from reality for the pleasure of the great outdoors!! Cosy, clean and friendly what else do you need. Booked for the 3rd time before even leaving !

Set in beautiful woodland with lovely views from our pod. Nearby stables. Very clean and nice spacious bathroom and shower.

The wall radiator would not heat and the cooker hob would not switch on. Would have preferred bedding to be provided.

Perfect location

Location is amazing, beautiful scenery. Pods are comfortable with own shower and toilet. Perfect place to take our dog an overnight. Plenty of lovely walks

Great getaway for a family with young kids

The location and scenery are stunning and the owners were friendly and responsive. The beds, kitchen and bathroom were great and as expected, and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to move around / for storage for a family of 4 (with baby). It was a nice touch to leave fire wood for the firepit. I read reviews about a lack of mobile signal but I was getting 5G (on 3), which was handy. The grounds, stable and estate are stunning.

Not a huge amount within the owner's control (midges - bring good repellent), although a laminate sheet with a brief explainer for appliances (heater) and information on the grounds for walks etc. might be a nice touch. Perhaps a heated towel rack in the bathroom, too, if I was being picky.

It was Just fine

Staff was good and there was facilities like microwave ovens and toaster

Too much grass because of that there was too much misquitoes we not able to sleep all night and there was not any fan on the pod it was very warm inside the pod. There was less lightning inside and outside as well for to do barbecue. Bed Mattress was so hard. It was not a good experience unfortunately

Awe inspiring night of stargazing in cute comfy pod

The property was absolutely gorgeous and serene. The pods are well equipped for glamping and there was more there to use than I expected. Very clean and well looked after. The location is just magical for stargazing and relaxing

Lovely family trip

Pod is neatly stocked with cooking essentials - pots/pans/cups/plates etc. It was perfect for our little weekend away for our daughter's 2nd birthday. Staff were very kind and answered instantly any questions we had via phone/text. Property is very clean and we enjoyed the Fairy Trail just behind the pods.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet. The walks were good for the dog.plenty to do in the surrounding area beach close at hand. The glamping Pod was cosy

The bathroom was a bit cold could do with a heated towel rail. The shower cubicle needs the sealant replaced as it was black in areas a bit off putting.

We had an excellent stay at the glamping pods to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. It was great that we could also bring the dog along with us.

Superb

A lovely setting, plenty of walks, we cycled to the roundhouse cafe for lunch. Loved that there was no tv or WiFi, my 9 year old son enjoyed the outdoors, but not the hills on tbe cycle.

Clean and serene

Location was the best; herds of horses right in front of us. Stars in the night sky. Paul(husband of the host) happened to be there when i arrived. He was so kind and hospitable, opened the lockbox for the keys because i didn't receive the passcode. He helped set up the campfire so i could just get the fire going easily. Also, he made sure i had sleeping gear delivered to the door like comforter/blanket & pillows from their own home when i misunderstood not bringing. In addition, they had a space heater readily available because it does get chilly in the mountains.

Ugge ugge ugge... wat een muggen!

Onze overnachting in Glamping Pod 2 op het magische Craigengillan Estate was een bijzondere ervaring. Bij aankomst moesten we nog zeker 15 minuten doorrijden over het enorme landgoed van maar liefst 3300 hectare – maar wat een prachtige rit! De natuur is hier adembenemend, zo ongerept en groots dat je je even in een andere wereld waant. Het houten hutje zelf was eenvoudig maar prima: drie bedjes, een klein keukentje en een nette badkamer. Geen luxe, maar wel alles wat we nodig hadden. Het uitzicht was ronduit fenomenaal – zo'n plek waar je stil van wordt. Een klein minpuntje: de muggen! Zoveel, dat buiten zitten helaas niet echt mogelijk was, ook de hond en de paarden die daar rondliepen hadden er last van. Zelfs binnen wisten ze via de kieren hun weg te vinden. Maar ondanks dat, zijn we blij dat we hier geweest zijn. Een unieke plek, midden in de natuur – we kijken er met veel plezier op terug!
