Great base for exploring Riva del Garda
The apartment was functional, clean, comfortable, and equipped for a short stay. Having bikes included was a real bonus and made it easy to enjoy the lake and surrounding trails. Tania, the host, was very responsive and greeted us on arrival, which made check-in smooth and welcoming. Parking was straightforward, and with a supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, everything we needed was close at hand. Riva del Garda is a beautiful area, and this apartment made a convenient, practical base for exploring it.

Amazing location/apartment with sensational views - bike provision a real bonus.
Tania was the most wonderful accommodating hostess and very responsive to our questions. She was on hand for check in and check out and provided us with great local information especially for our interest in hiking/biking. She even returned with a larger bike for my husband when she saw how tall he was! The mountain views from the front and private balcony at the back of the apartment were sensational and everything in the town/beach is walking distance. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. I would return for much longer next time.
No air conditioning or fans but Tania returned quickly with a pedestal fan - you just need to ask.

Host TANIA was always available to visit the property for any issue and she was also available on whats app, She had reserved parking for her guest cars. Property location was great. great view from the balcony.
