The residence is located 350 m from the lake and about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The apartment, located to the east and south side, is equipped for 2/4 people, is about 55 square meters, consisting of living room / kitchen (with sofa bed for 2 persons and satellite TV), separate bedroom for 2 people, a small Room with bunk beds, balcony with beautiful view of the park, bathroom with shower and garage.
