Beautiful apartment in quiet location with stunning views of Mount Brione, in well maintained 2-storey residence with swimming pool and park in Riva del Garda (2nd floor). The residence is located 350 m from the lake and about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The apartment, located to the east and south side, is equipped for 2/4 people, is about 55 square meters, consisting of living room / kitchen (with sofa bed for 2 persons and satellite TV), separate bedroom for 2 people, a small Room with bunk beds, balcony with beautiful view of the park, bathroom with shower and garage. Final cleaning extra Euro 40, to pay locally Heating Euro 7 / day

This was our second time in the same apartement and surely we'll stay there again in the future! This accomadation is very well put together, bright, clean and it has the room for six people to stay in. Less than a five minute walk from the beach and a little more from the centre of the beautiful old town of Riva del Garda and the surf paradise Torbole, this appartement has the perfect location! The landlord is extremely helpful with everything and makes you feel welcome no matter how many times you've visited. Overall, if you are going to Riva del Garda this is where you want to stay.

Apartment is located in quiet neighborhood but close to the lake. It is clean, nice and completely equipped. Swimming pool and garage are available for your convenience. We had a very good vacations, there also thanks to Claudia’s hospitality and willingness to help. We strongly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Riva in 2013 in this lovely apartment, so much so that we have booked again for 2014! The apartment is in an ideal location because it is peaceful with picturesque views of the mountains from the balcony, yet close to the centre of Riva. The rooms are bright and clean and in the morning, there is a superb view of the sunrise from the balcony. The facilities are great as there is a well-maintained pool and use of a garage which was perfect for storing our mountain bikes. Claudia, the owner, is a fantastic host. She helped us so much and said to contact her if we needed anything. Claudia organised our transfer from and to the airport, gave us advice on where to eat out and provided directions to an electrical store when we needed to buy a hairdryer. Claudia is very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to our second visit.
