Very nice welcoming staff, you really feel like home at the moment you get there :) There is free coffee and bikes! Balcony, mini place to hang clothes outside and some cutlery to eat your “take out snack”! I really liked the authenticity of the place :)
Bring mosquito repellent because there was some in the room (big cracks in the walls as it is made like this) and earplugs because life starts at 6am downstairs

There are 2 great traditional little Lanna 2-story creaky teak houses offered to travellers. It's clean, a comfortable place to chill out, clean water to drink, tea and coffee, A/C, double mattress on the floor, clean floor and clean bedding. Very well priced. I definitely recommend it for budget travellers. 10 minute walk to bus station, walking street night market, 7/11. It was cool. The staff were easy to contact and replied quickly.
I don't have any complaints - the price suits the accommodation style.

A couple of nice, clean and tidy little traditional Lanna houses next door to each other. Very well priced for budget travelers. Towels, drinking water and hot water supplied (for showers, and a kettle for making tea or coffee). Rooms have A/C.
I stayed 2 nights and everything ran smoothly.
