Everything, our stay was perfect, the staff were so helpful and attentive, we felt so welcome and were genuinely sad to leave

Airport taxi transfers were brilliant
The breakfast fell very short, recycling old food from the day before. Hot food was warm. Overall selection was limited.
The attitude of the reception staff was poor, almost aggressive.
Although it says tea and coffee provided in room, there was only two tea bags and one coffee sachet, no sugar and no milk. When I asked they said I had to buy it.
Poor quality products in bathroom and toilet paper didn't get replaced, had to keep going to reception to ask for more.
Don't judge a book by it's cover, photos make it look amazing... But in practice it's actually a very disappointing hotel.
Do not recommend.
Will not be staying here again.
