About this house rental
A rustic-style house with unique charm. Located in the historic center of Bullas with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. A 19th-century building renovated with 21st-century amenities while preserving its original structure. A 3-minute walk from downtown and 2 minutes from the highway
It features: a pool, a barbecue, a porch (partly glass-enclosed and partly open-air), a terrace, two stoves, three air conditioners (heating and cooling), and a hookah and tea lounge. Parking is available (on public streets)
The space
Peace and quiet reign at “La Graná” since it faces two streets and has no neighbors on its other two sides. You won’t hear a sound. One of the streets is a pedestrian-only zone with no vehicle traffic, making it ideal for little ones to play safely.
The accommodation has a total of 3 bedrooms.
- First floor: bedroom with a double bed.
- Second floor: bedroom #1 with a double bed.
- Second floor: bedroom #2 with the option to set up to 4 single beds.
In the dining room, you’ll find:
- 3 armchairs.
- 1 sofa
- 4 folding stools.
- All the comforts: TV, wood-burning stove, air conditioning (heating and cooling)...
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay:
- Butane stove.
- Microwave.
- Toaster.
- Refrigerator.
- Sink.
- Small oven.
- Wood-burning stove.
As for bathrooms, you’ll find two fully equipped ones. One on the first floor with direct access from the pool and another inside the accommodation on the first floor. The first one has a washing machine for doing laundry.
