This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath home overlooks the sparkling Pacific Ocean, Sporthaven Beach, and the Port of Brookings Harbor. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Sporthaven Beach for beach access and the Port of Brookings Harbor where there are many dining options, gift shops, and fresh crab during the crabbing season!
As you enter the home, an absolutely stunning ocean view takes your breath away. The spacious and airy living room boasts comfortable seating for you and your guests, along with large windows that offer a panoramic view of the ocean. You’ll notice the very open floor plan with a spacious living room right off the kitchen and dining area, all with spectacular ocean views. Throughout the home, you will find luxury vinyl flooring with one carpeted bedroom. The living room, kitchen and all bedrooms have optional light dimming which can be adjusted to your liking.
The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal, with modern appliances and ample counter space.
The living room offers a 65" smart TV with many streaming options including Peacock streaming without any accounts. There are plenty of seating areas for social gatherings; to watch movies or better yet just to take in the fabulous views.
