The S4 duplex apartment combines Frisian charm with modern, exclusive furnishings in the bathroom and kitchen across its three rooms. The finest built-in fixtures, flooring made of antique Plavoisen tiles, and exquisite Delft tiles on the walls—all of this lends this apartment an exceptionally pleasant living atmosphere.
Through the traditional Frisian “Klöntür,” you enter the entryway, from which you step into the spacious living room with a separate dining area. In the adjoining open-concept Frisian kitchen, you can treat your loved ones to delicious meals. From the living room, large south-facing glass doors lead out to your idyllic sun terrace. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful morning breakfast in your beach chair and among the other fine garden furniture, or let the day wind down at a leisurely pace.
A real highlight is the ground-floor bedroom, designed in the traditional Frisian style, which is separated from the living room by sliding panels and offers a wonderful view of the secluded garden area. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a window on the first floor.
An easy-to-navigate staircase leads to the upper floor, where unique skylights and a large picture window create a wonderful atmosphere. The spacious second bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate, bright second shower room with a toilet, are also located on this level.
Pets are NOT permitted in this vacation rental.
Nestled in the heart of Wenningstedt on a stunning park-like property stands “Sara,” a thatched-roof house built in the Frisian style, featuring four residential units. Whether you’d like to relax on the property’s expansive lawns, at the nearby village pond, or right on the beach—it’s always just a short walk.
Use of our recreational facilities (sauna, fitness center, etc.) is free of charge.
These are located in our main building, “Windeby,” approximately 600 m away.
Internet access is also free of charge.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be billed separately upon arrival.
