How do you describe the prefect little cottage all freshly redone, in the perfect location right on the Lake Michigan beach. The deck overlooking the beach is right out your front door. You have an unrestricted view of a walkable clean beach to both the north and south as far as you can see and beyond. It has only 35 steps down a sturdy stairs to the beach. You can pull your car right up to the back door for easy unloading and reloading with no steps to navigate. You can view Lake Michigan from your bed in the primary bedroom. You can even leave your slider open and listen to the waves all night long if you want.
It’s all in the details. Steve and Wei have thought of your every need. Steve greeted us on our arrival and gave up tour of the cottage and all the amenities it had to offer. We had a welcoming gift when we got there that we throughly enjoyed. Steve was the most gracious and best host you could ever ask for. Steve thank you very much for a wonderful week and look forward to seeing you next year!

Perfectly decorated with a beach theme, the cottage is an open-air concept with large windows and sliding doors providing a full view of Lake Michigan. The kitchen is fully stocked, nice towels (for the beach too), and laundry; everything you need for your stay. The cottage is spotless and well maintained. We appreciated the Ninja blender for morning smoothies! We never had to use the air conditioning; with ceiling fans in every room, the summer breeze cooled the house perfectly.
Every day we woke to our own private beach! THE BEACH IS AMAZING as you can walk as far as you want, north and south. A paddle board and kayaks are available to use. There is a large fire pit and we grilled over the wood, provided by the hosts. Stunning sunsets from the deck and great star gazing. We saw a bald eagle flying over the house our first day! We loved bringing our dog to share the fun on the beach and the community is very dog friendly.
Steven and Wei are gracious and attentive hosts. Steven has a rich knowledge of the area and was happy to share. We appreciated their attention to detail and warm welcome.
The cottage is close to all the local attractions, if you ever want to leave!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage, and we are planning to book for next summer! If you are looking for a retreat on the beautiful shoreline of Lake Michigan, with no crowds on the beach, this is the place! Highly recommended!
