It features central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private pool with a picnic table. The property provides parking for six vehicles and an outdoor shower for added convenience. As a newly constructed home, it offers a screened-in front deck with four chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen and dining area, located on the second floor, include a dining table with seating for four, additional barstool seating for four, and a variety of appliances such as a refrigerator with an icemaker, coil cooktop stove, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, and garbage disposal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, which offers comfortable couch seating for nine, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan for entertainment and relaxation.
The home's sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort for all guests. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and glass door walk-in shower. This property is perfect for families with small kids! The pool is a wonderful spot for children to play and cool off during warm days, and the nearby greenway offers a safe and scenic area for walks, bike rides, and outdoor activities. The location is ideal, with everything you need just a short drive away, making it easy to access local parks, and shopping. Plus, the neighborhood is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a real sense of community.

Great spot for our family! With 3 young kids going to the beach in the morning then having the pool in the afternoon was A+. Accurate listing. Loved the area. Some things could use updates BUT all in all worked out lovely for our crew.

We had a lovely stay! The house was the perfect layout for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults alike! The location is nice for getting on/off the island and not a terrible walk to a nice beach access. The management team was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home for your next beach stay!
