The property is in a good location. Able to walk almost anywhere. The layout of the home is great. The Master suite was huge and is on the 2nd floor with the bedroom with the bunk bed. Queen room is off the kitchen on the 1st floor. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. Lots of stairs. If you cannot handle a lot of stairs it may not be for you. The only real negative for us was the dirty floors, handrails and outdoor furniture. We could not wear socks or go barefoot in the house without our feet turning black. The outdoor furniture and the handrails on both sets of stairs could use a cleaning. The floors are beautiful and hide the dirt really well. I would suggest the cleaning people invest in a steam mop, because whatever they are using is not cleaning the floors properly. Bring extra towels and linens. The towels are small and in the master there were 2 towels and only 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. We brought our own with us so this was not an issue. If you use the trundle beds bring some sheets because they do not have sheets on them. It is a beautiful home and we did enjoy our stay. We all had a very good time.

This is a lovely home and in an EXCELLENT location! The kitchen is loaded with lots of lovely dishes and silverware and other appliances. Kitchen is such a joy to cook in. Master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable! (I slept like a baby) The layout of the house is wonderful! Outside the owners have a lovely area to use for your pets. A supply of doggie bags for clean up if you forget yours. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water to clean up!
Would recommend bringing zip lock bags. There are not many storage containers for leftovers if you have the luck of using this WONDERFUL kitchen.
There needs to be a better door mat to catch sand and shower mats!
Was disappointed as to how dirty main level of the floor was. (my daughters feet were very dirty after an hour)

It is great house, fantastic kitchen. We were disappointed that there was not soap in the showers, after a long trip we had to run to the stores to get necessity that are normally offered with the rent. There were not dish soap a not scrubbers in the kitchen one of the beds was missing a wheel and the showers liners were moldy and ripped. Also the entrance mat was dirty and we notice a few small roaches around the entrance. The house did not offer any beach chairs or . Honesty we were expecting more for our stay. One thing, beds were very confortable and there were plenty of good pillows and extra blankets. Kitchen was were equipped .
