Escape to paradise this summer!!! 5 spacious BR townhome with a 1st floor sleeper sofa and 4.5 baths, this house can comfortably cater to large groups. Gourmet kitchen with morning room is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Cozy den & a 2-car garage, this home offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Resort package includes 3 parking passes & 6 pool passes. Full resort amenities with fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools!
The Space:
Kayak and beach essentials with cart available to use
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
All renters must abide by the association's governing documents including the community codes, rules & regulations and policies.
You will need to access the guest amenities package from the clubhouse upon arrival - the resort fee you pay includes six (6) facility passes for use of the clubhouse, the pool, and the facilities during your stay
This rental is a 4 story townhome without an elevator
Parking notes: Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times - this unit receives 3 temporary parking passes per stay for the use of their garage and driveway

This townhome is was the perfect space for girl's trip. We had 11 in the house and never once felt crowded even when in the same room! Jodi was awesome and super responsive she gave excellent recommendations that were perfect! Parking was a little tight for our van, SUV, and compact SUV but we made it work and were more than willing to walk (since is it so close to everything you could need/ think of)! I will say that we struggled to keep the place cool (especially the top 2 floors) despite adjusting the thermostat multiple times; until our penultimate day and then it was perfect! Our only other item that was a little rough were the quality and comfort of the beds. The top floor's couch did not actually pull out as advertised and that the bed in that room was hard. And the bottom floor's pullout mattress not only had holes but sunk in terribly the moment any amount of weight was put on it. But the couches and chair on the main level were very comfy and plush. I would recommend staying!

Awesome location and lots of room! Kids loved the 3 stuffed animals in the room ha! Only issue was parking which they worked out and a few key essentials missing in kitchen! Would love to come back!
