Cozy apartment in the Residence Cala de Flores, with shared saltwater pool and tennis court, a few steps from the Marina of Porto Cervo and a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
The apartment, located on the first floor accessible by stairs, opens onto the living area, furnished with a dining table, a sofa, a TV and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer and a gas hob. This room has access to the balcony with table and chairs, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one featuring a bunk bed and one with a queen-size bed and TV. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
*The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer that has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. In the sixties, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of this coastline, decided to buy the lands of this corner of Gallura to create the paradise of elite international tourism. In summer, you can easily find yourself going shopping with movie and TV stars in the prestigious boutiques of Porto Cervo, location of daily appointments with the international jet set, among parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by fancy restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive clubs.
The whole village is surrounded by beautiful villas and beaches with crystal clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind. Indeed, it is a great location to visit the wonders of this stretch of coast. Nearby, do not miss Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and Principe Beach.
Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is a 35-minute drive from the accommodation.
