About this villa rental

The property consists of a 125-square-meter villa with a view of the sea and a large garden where you can relax and sunbathe.
The house offers the following accommodations:
* A single room with two single beds, adjacent to a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine?
* Double room with a private bathroom and shower?
* Newly installed kitchen with a dishwasher and oven?
* Dining area with a round table and a sofa bed?
* Living room / terrace, fully covered as of late 2013, with air conditioning, a large rectangular table, a TV, a sofa, and a chair.

We provide a crib for children, if needed.

There is also a covered parking area in front of the villa and the residence's pool.

The villa is a 5-minute walk from Porto Cervo Marina. A path leads directly from the property to Cala Granu Beach (5–10 minutes). Jogging is very popular along the road to Capo Ferro, thanks to the beautiful sea views and, in particular, the views of the Maddalena and Caprera islands.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival; 50% charge between 60 and 30 days; full charge after that date.

Price increase for the fifth guest and beyond.

Sehr schönes Haus. Lage und Landschaft ist traumhaft. Wie beschrieben war alles notwendige im Haus vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Gerne wieder!

We arrived in this beautiful property and immediately loved it. The pictures don't really do it justice. The house is well set out and interesting, with an ocean theme, with natural shells and such all around the house. It definitely felt like a home. The garden outside is gorgeous and is actually more secluded than it seems in the pictures - no problems for those who like to sunbake sans clothing :D The kitchen and dining is very well equipped. The ACs worked very well which was super helpful as it was so hot! The owner was very friendly, the only little problem we had was one day the power suddenly went out, and his friend came to check the switchbox right away and all was fine. There is the Spiaggia Cala Granu about 8-10 minutes relaxed walk away. I would also recommend the dive centre in Poltu Quatu - the owner had left some brochures on the desk and we tried it out and it was great! We are already planning to book for next year for 2 weeks again!
