Located in the outer edge of Osage Beach, you are just minutes away from the Margaritaville complex with lakefront pools and wonderful dining. Less than 10 minutes from the condo you will find the heart of Osage Beach with go karts, miniature golf, great dining, and tons of fun activities.
Getting There
This lake stay can be reached by all hard surface roads with main highway access throughout most of the drive. The location is less than 3 hours from Kansas City or St. Louis; and a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Kansas. The closest international airport is in Kansas City with regional airports in Columbia and Springfield.

The condo was perfect. It was well stocked. We had a great view of the lake. It was a short walk to the pool and boat slip.

The setting on the lake is beautiful. We spent 6 days together as a family here. Several issues occurred during our stay——the dishwasher leaked during use, the ice maker stopped working, the front screen door was partially broken, we had a broken chair on the screened porch. These issues were reported and the maintenance dept responded accordingly. The screened porch is rather small, was not very clean (lots of dead bugs on the floor, the rug is not great). There is a table with four chairs that need new cushions. The beds are comfy but housekeeping missed cleaning under the beds——found a dirty hat and a vape in one room. There is nowhere in the kitchen to store groceries—-everything ends up on the countertops. The gas grill had no lp tank and was told they are not allowed anymore but grill was not removed. Front porch had old rugs rolled up and laying around and the chairs in porch were dirty as well. The pool is close to the unit but was so cold ( Mid July) it was not comfortable for floating. Our last morning while changing clothes we spotted a drone outside our window! I’m not actually someone to complain but the cleanliness, pool temp and general disrepair definitely affected our stay.

Pros: Great location with beautiful views of the lake and proximity to the pool. Great communication with the property management team.Cons: We had a nice stay overall, but the listing was somewhat misleading. Loading and unloading were a major hassle with lots of stairs. The main bedroom was super hot at night. The deck was dirty with bugs and cobwebs. We had to wait quite a while for the fridge to cool our things upon arrival, and we had to turn on the water ourselves when we got there. The property was overpriced for what you get, in my opinion. We won't re-book here most likely.
