Located in a residential neighborhood, this luxurious accommodation is ideal for a pleasant stay in Provence.
This beautiful and modern 140 sq. m villa, on 2 levels, contains:
- a large and green garden with a beautiful 12x4,5m swimming-pool, several terraces, a pétanque field, a tennis table and a badminton net,
- a very large and comfortable living room with a video projector (to plug with a non-supplied computer),
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- 2 bathrooms with showers,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- Wi-Fi, TV, AC and fan.
- Vehicle can be parked on the yard.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

At the heart of Provence, you will be at the best place to enjoy the area while staying in a calm and peaceful place. You will discover the charming Aubagne city-center a few steps away, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and mostly its traditional Santons makers and its market. You will also be able to follow Marcel Pagnol steps in beautiful walks on the city heights or in the Sainte-Baume massif. You will also just be 20 min driving away from Marseille center, Cassis port or La Ciotat beaches, and 30 min away from Aix-en-Provence.
## Transit
Clair Soleil bus stop → 5 min walk
Aubagne train station → 20 min walk or 5 min by car
Marseille-Provence Airport → 50 min by car

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.

Lovely property in a nice part of Provence. Beautiful garden (full of fresh fruit, herbs and eggs) and swimming pool. Only issue was presence of dog hair on floor and couches, which we had to clean before our baby could crawl around. Very friendly host.
