About this villa rental
Very nice house of 165m2 ideally located in the heart of Provence between Cassis, Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.
The house has a large living room under the south-facing glass roof with a view of the garden and the swimming pool, a beautiful kitchen open to a large convivial table, ideal for family meals and a pleasant TV area with comfortable benches in the frame.
It also has 4 bedrooms: two master bedrooms with double beds, one of which is adjoining a dressing room and two children's bedrooms.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathroom with bath and toilet near the children's area.
The house is equipped with an underfloor cooling system, TV, Marshall speaker and fiber.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside:
Large terrace sheltered by the hackberry tree and the oak tree to enjoy lunches, but also dinners outside while being protected from the sun.
Pretty swimming pool 3.5m x 7m secure & strictly private trampoline and swing for children and BBQ and petanque court for older children;)

This property in Gemenos is a wonderful holiday rental for families. There are toys, a warm pool, trampoline, and turtles. The house is only a short drive to the coast and the lovely beaches. They have beautiful garden with tomatoes and grapes, as well as a large kitchen with all the amenities. There are also nearby donkeys and horses to visit. Unfortunately the village was not walking distance for young children in the high summer, so that would be one drawback. It is unlikely to have such a spacious property with pool in the village so it is an understandable trade-off. Thank you again, everything was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house.
From the fully equipped kitchen to the dinners under the trees to the fabulous pool - everything was perfect in this spacious and comfortable home!
Edouard and Fanny are great, friendly and charming hosts. Always available with help if needed.
Location is perfect in that it is quiet, and away from the masses, yet walking distance to the village and a few minutes to the supermarket, 20 minutes to the centre of Cassis.
We were allowed to bring our dog who had great fun on the fully enclosed property.
We are hoping to be back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fanny and Edouard’s gorgeous home. The house was perfect for our family with two young girls, who loved the pool, and all the toys. The house has everything you need. Would definitely come back!

Nous avons passé une très bon moment en famille dans cette magnifique maison. Tout est parfait, la jardin et la piscine ainsi que la maison en elle même. La piscine est sécurisée pour les petits et le calme est absolu, nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci à Fanny pour son accueil et sa disponibilité!
