About this apartment rental
“Sunset on Madeira” was just completely renovated so everything is NEW. Just walk across the street to have your QUIET beach access with beach gear supplied for your convenience.
There are so many options stretching from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach which are all within 20 minutes, or you can stay close and see the historic St. John's pass boardwalk loaded with restaurants, bars, activities, and fun for all ages. There is also the famous pirate mini golf course just steps away the condo.
“Sunset on Madeira” has 2 large bedrooms each with brand new KING beds. There is a smart TV in each bedroom so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies. We just fully stocked the kitchen making it easy to cook your favorite meal or enjoying a relaxing cocktail after an amazing day on the beach.
Extra amenities for guests include beach gear: chairs, cooler, umbrella, wagon, and more.
Personal outdoor area with table and chairs. There is a private washer and dryer on site, and private parking for up to 4 cars with 2 available covered spots.
We have a Keurig w/ a starter kit to make sure you have coffee for your first morning if you don’t have time to make it to the store. If there is anything else you need, there is a Winn-Dixie and a dollar tree walking distance, one block south.
Bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner, and body soap. other things provided are hair dryer, iron & board, cotton balls/q-tips, bath and beach towels.

We liked everything in this beautiful and recently renovated apartment. Well decorated, conveniently located, comfortable beds, family room and dining room very spacious and bedrooms too. We will return.

The property was clean and equipped with everything and more!! Close to the beach gym restaurants!! We had a fabulous time and will be back
