Welcome to your Luxury Escape Villa by Funstay Homes located in Storey Lake where you can take advantage of one of the closest drives to the Disney World Resorts (Less than 5 miles) and also adjacent to Universal Studios, Sea World, and all the other theme parks in the area.
This 6 bed / 5 bath villa has everything you could want after a long day at the theme parks:
A private pool and Spa
Converted garage into kids playroom
No resort fees - Free access to the amenities

Guests have access to the entire house & all of the resort amenities free! Parking is free and home comes with 3 parking spaces. The community also has street parking on first come first serve basis.

Storey Lake is a Resort Community that includes a Resort style pool, jacuzzi, lazy river, water slides and cabanas. The Clubhouse has a state of the Art Fitness Center and a Tiki Bar that offers poolside food and beverage service. Other amenities include a splash pad, sports court, mini golf(additional fee), Kayak Rentals(additional fee), and a full size sand volleyball court!
We recommend having a car for transportation. Parking is available in front of the house.

Universal Studios – 11 Miles
Sea World – 8 Miles
- Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.
- Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
Please note that Storey Lake registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.
A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup. The grill at the home is for owners personal use only.
Please do not exceed guest max occupancy of 14 at all times. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.
Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.
Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

The property was really nice. We loved how it was decorated, the layout and space for everyone. Anything we needed in the kitchen was there. The kids enjoyed the pool and Storey Lake amenities. We also appreciate the prompt response of fhe properry manager to our questions. Five stars indeed! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Super family-friendly house for us as a group of four adults and four children under 7. Quiet neighborhood and the rooms were very spacious with cute Disney themes—the playroom was an added bonus.
Great location from airport and to all the Disney parks and wonderful to have our own pool as well as the club pool with water slides just two blocks away.
Just keep in mind there is a lot of wear and tear in this house. The carpet on the stairway and upstairs could really use replacing, as well as, the couches. So if you’re looking for a meticulously clean place with a well stocked kitchen, this is not the house for you.
The rental description says you don’t get many paper products so we did buy extra toilet paper and paper towels and brought our own laundry and dishwasher soaps.
Also note that the barbecue is not available to use. We didn’t notice that and planned to barbecue chicken and burgers so we had to make a different plan. Good stay overall.

The house is very spacious and well decorated. We loved the themed rooms! It's also a great location to the pool/clubhouse and the management team was very quick to respond which is great. However, the house was not very clean upon arrival - we found old food stuck to the counters, the stairs had crumbs and debris stuck in them and there was hair in a bathroom sink. I understand there is high turnover in these properties but with the cost of the cleaning fee, it should at least feel clean. Overall we did enjoy our stay however next time we will likely choose a different house.
