This Villa in Gran Paradiso is located in Venice, Fl in a resort-style gated community with 24 hour security. 2 bedrooms: (1 King, 1 queen) and a den and 2 full baths. Enjoy the views of the lake in the backyard while sitting in a screened lanai. Free Cable and internet, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, 2 bicycles, and pool accessories are included. Community Amenities include large resort style swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, game room with billiards and card tables, and a craft room. The clubhouse offers locker rooms that include saunas and steam rooms. Shopping and dining and beaches are minutes away!!
IN SEASON ( November 1- April 30) full 90 or more days stay!
DURING ( May- November)- Minimum 30 days.
Each stay requires a signed short term lease and background check, as per HOA. No Pets.
NO additional guest(s) without host approval. NO smoking in the home and no smoking in the garage or lanai. NO burning candles inside of lodging. NO parties. Any remnants of smoking rubbish or smoking in the home will result in a deodorizing and deep clean fee, minimum of $700.00.
A club fee has been included. This covers the ownership transfer fee and one ID badge. Any additional badges needed can be purchased at the club house.
