The home sleeps 22 with plenty of seating and beds to keep the entire group comfortable. Fantastic house! The views were unbelievable: beautiful beach in the front and gorgeous sound in the back! The house was amazing and had everything my family of 21 could want: pool, hot tub, game area, plenty of eating and relaxing spaces, great bedrooms, and outdoor seating. It was fabulous!

The location was excellent and we had great weather. Beautiful ocean and bay views. Communication with host wasn't as clear as hoped at times and there were a few issues with property. But all was acceptably resolved and our stay turned out to be a wonderful trip for our family of five adult couples, a 5 year old, 2 year old, and a new born.

Overall it was a great trip. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, lots of amenities. Disappointed we couldn’t use the top back deck and had a glitch in the elevator. Was stuck inside for 30 minutes. Would love to stay here again. Beach was beautiful.
