The Citrus Beach Club is Ocean Isle Beach s premier oceanfront beach house. With 9 bedrooms + 9.5 bathrooms, this amenity-filled home is the perfect for weddings, retreats, and large family gatherings. This home sleeps 35.
Enjoy vacationing at the stunning Citrus Beach Club! This newly built 9 bedroom luxury oceanfront property was carefully designed, built, and engineered specifically for our guests to create truly unique experiences that last a lifetime. The property features spacious sleeping quarters for up to 35 guests with 9 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and large 4K SMART TV including 85 in the living room. Additionally, the property is equipped with a heated pool (see note below), outdoor bar with TV and lounge with a fire pit, and of course, private beach access.
Overflow parking available and must be requested for availability
The ground level offers beautiful outdoor enjoyment with a large pool lounge area, with a fire-pit, poly wood seating, and wonderful outdoor bar complete with sink and two grills directly linked to the homes gas line so no need to change propane tanks.
The open main floor plan can be accessed via the property s full-sized elevator or one of two main staircases. The spacious main floor offers a living room, a custom chef s kitchen (with generous cabinet space), massive center island, and large dining area, all brought together with a 20ft floor to ceiling glass door system providing uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean leading out to the large ocean front deck (45' with 19' covered). Three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, a powder room and laundry room complete the first floor. The home is equipped with two washers, two dryers, three refrigerators, high-speed wireless internet, two high chairs, and much, much more.
Ascend the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, which houses 6 additional bedrooms, including two luxurious master suites featuring king beds and private bathrooms with stand-in showers and jet tubs - both facing the Ocean.
Back outside, the second floor boasts a private balcony complete with sweeping ocean views and a cocktail/coffee area for year-round enjoyment. Soak in the sunshine and island beauty while reclining in comfort.
Finally, this property is fully wheelchair accessible. The elevator was handpicked for accommodating wheelchairs.

Pool may be heated at guest request for $150/day surcharge during off-season months. Pool is heated by a 400 BTU liquid propane tank - the largest most powerful for the pools specifications. Please note there is a small daily surcharge associated with heating the pool. If you wish to have the pool heated, please notify us ahead of time as it takes approximately 48 hours to reach the desired temperature. Lastly, the pool heater will automatically shut-off when the air temperature reaches below 50 degrees. Please keep this in mind; especially for winter months.
Please note you MUST BE 25 years old to rent/occupy the property
Weddings and Events carry a required $2500.00 service charge with a 75 guest maximum.
Pool heat request must be made 4 days prior to arrival or there will be an additional service fee.

Great property! 24 Fathers and Son’s on our annual golf trip. House more than meet our expectations. Meet the owner, he could not have been more gracious. We will be definitely consider this house for future trips.

The living space in the kitchen and great room area is phenomenal! Also the expansive deck areas make lounging outdoors a joy. a minor issue was the heating of the pool. It stopped heating and when the pool company came they said they were only allowed to turn the heat to 88 degrees. Which was not as warm as we would have preferred. Also when I booked I was sent to the rental company. I got a bill from the rental company which I thought included everything. However it did not include the Vrbo fee. This fee showed up as a separate charge on my credit card. FYI
