This beautiful one of a kind home is designed to capture the beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets, and provides a perfect setting for a family beach vacation. Superb waterfront location provides direct, private beach access. Elevator to the main floor. Gourmet kitchen with drip coffee maker, blender, crock pot, tea kettle, and toaster. There is a washer / dryer, 2 refrigerators (1 kitchen, 1 garage), 7 cable TVs, wireless high-speed internet. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, including rockers, 3 enclosed outside showers, gas grill, EV charger and more!

Bicycles and Golf Carts are easy to rent from local businesses and are a fun way to get around the island during your stay.

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.
Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season
When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.
Want to warm things up? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to add pool heat to your stay!
The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
ELEVATOR
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

If you cook for a full house on your vacay, this house has everything you need. The property was clean & the view was super.

Host was welcoming and send numerous updates and reminders. Even though a maintenance person was sent on the arrival day, there were several maintenance items that needed to be addressed.

Great views of the beach! Big house with lots of bedrooms and space. It could use a fresh coat of paint on walls, trim, and baseboards. The pool area should have lighting installed, the tv outside didn’t have power and the corn hole boards were nowhere to be found. There was solar lighting above the pool but it didn’t work. The outdoor area has potential and this place could be a 5. Also not a fan of the property management company that was used. They charged 260 extra for towels and linens which I’ve never heard of in a rental house for a beach stay and sent me way too text messages with reminders, checking in, and upselling. Literally texted me at 6am the morning of my departure. No need for all that.
