Czysto, cicho , blisko do lokali jak i morza .

Obiekt ładnie wykończony, wyposażony w parking, z dostępem do ogrodu, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie albo wypić kawę. Dobra lokalizacja, nieduża odległość od promenady, wybrzeża, straganów, barów etc.
Komunikacja z osobami zarządzającymi obiektem pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Na recepcji bardzo często nie ma nikogo. Ogólne wrażenie, że nie ma wystarczającej informacji o udogodnieniach w obiekcie - przy zakwaterowaniu goście nie otrzymują informacji na jakich zasadach można korzystać z leżaków oraz innych udogodnień w obiekcie. Jest to poparte własną obserwacją, jak również zasłyszanymi od innych gości opiniami. Europejski standard jest w tym zakresie inny. Ogólnie rzecz ujmując - pani z recepcji niemiła. Menu śniadaniowe dość standardowe. Pokój mały.

Pajęczyny w pokoju jak i na korytarzu. Brak podstawowych rzeczy w toalecie takich jak mydło bądź suszarka. Śniadanie : 1 dzień jajecznica, parówki // naleśniki(były niecałe 15min) 2 dzień kiełbasa z cebulą, jajecznica // sałatka typu włoska bardziej dodatek niż posiłek 3 dzień jajecznica, parówki // sałatka wielowarzywna ?
