Lovely spacious house, gorgeous views and surroundings and amazing walks nearby.
Sunnyside House is a newly refurbished well equipped detached house situated near to Carew Castle. It is the perfect location to access all the amenities of the fabulous Pembrokeshire coastal region, beautiful beaches and fantastic walks, with so many restaurants and bars to choose from in the area. Carew Arms is situated five minutes away and nearby Manor Park (3.2 miles away) and Folly Farm (7 miles away) are located in good proximity, as well as the main attractions of Tenby and Saunders Foot.
The space
Sunnyside maintains it’s cosyness whilst being spacious enough and has 5 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is ground floor (king bed) with a bathroom next to it. Four bedrooms are on the first floor. A king bed bed with en-suite in one bedroom, another king bed room, a room with bunk beds and two single beds in the forth bedroom. There is a recently refurbed large kitchen area with bar space and separate dining room. The house has two lounges. There is a huge lounge downstairs and also a small room ideal for some quiet relaxation, and children’s / second lounge upstairs for quiet play time. There is Wifi throughout the house the drive can accommodate parking for three cars.
