Modern waterfront stay in Henningsvær, Lofoten

The directions to get there and check in were incredibly clear. A link is sent over prior to check in which can be looked at to refer to for questions or concerns. For example, steps for disposing of garbage, check-out steps, etc. The space itself was much bigger than we were expecting, as it was two bedrooms which were decent sized. The space was clean and tidy. There was no toaster or microwave which would have been nice, but we made do with the oven/stove so it wasn't a big issue. Everything else we needed was there such as pots and pans, utensils, cutting boards, and so on. Having the washing machine was a big bonus, especially for a couple who is hiking a lot or spending a lot of time outdoors. We did laundry almost every day, and detergent was supplied - not sure if it was leftover from another guest or from the host though. The location was amazing. Right in the town of Henningsvaer and we walked through the town as everything was quite close to us. The entire view is not exactly amazing as there is an area to the left that isn't the nicest to look at, but the vast majority of it is absolutely stunning and we were so happy to get up in the morning, sip our coffee, and take in the view of the water and mountains.

Crowded at times in the parking area

great ocean view

the furnitures were outdated. the bedroom was small.

Outstanding waterfront location , spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and dark blinds. Really well equipped.

Nothing

Beautiful view. Modern and comfortable furniture.

We had a long day of travel and arrived late evening and found we had to make the beds. The only one of 4 different apartments in Norway where this was required.
