The host was amazing, she was there to greet us and went above and beyond to make us feel confortable, she even took me to market to buy necesities amazing host, and great home with a short distance to the beach.
The view, the Location the easy access to the town a short 14 minute walk very accesible to restaurants and small business in the town with great views.

L'emplacement à proximité de la plage est très bon (on peut descendre à pieds en 5 minutes). Les lits sont bons. Les climatiseurs fonctionnent bien. La terrasse avec paillote est très réussie et très agréable. On peut garer des voitures sans problème.
Le bruit infernal le premier soir. Il y a un concert organisé le week end au Negombo. Nous avons mesuré plus de 100 DB sur la terrasse. Arrêt vers 3 heures du matin. Carmen n'est en rien responsable, mais cela devrait être signalé (ou non loué les jours de fête). Le lave vaisselle ancien et qui marche moyennement. Nous avons passé du temps à le nettoyer (moisi) sans grand succès. Pas assez de couverts pour faire la cuisine (pas d'économe pour éplucher les légumes). A savoir, même si Carmen n'est pas intrusive: la maison de la propriétaire est sur le même terrain, juste au dessus.
