About this house rental
East Lake Retreat is a lower-level unit of a fantastically renovated duplex in a prime location. The home has been completely remodeled in 2022 and has its own private entrance and backyard deck.
The living area features a 70” TV with Roku and Direct TV streaming, a large, beautiful oval dining table for 6, and plenty of seating at the kitchen bar.
The full-size kitchen is well equipped with an oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, teapot, and toaster are also provided. The kitchen has all your baking and cooking utensils and equipment to start your next culinary experience!
The master bedroom has a brand-new king-sized bed with a hybrid mattress and brand-new comfy linens and pillows, a large closet, an ensuite luxury bathroom, and a 50” TV with Roku and Direct TV streaming.
The second bedroom also has a brand-new king-sized bed with a hybrid mattress, brand-new comfy linens and pillows, a large closet, and a 43” TV with Roku and Direct TV streaming.
The master bathroom and guest bathroom both have a shower-tub combo. All toiletries and hair dryers are provided.
We have a queen-sized blow-up mattress for extra guests if needed.
There is a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use and an outdoor deck space with a fenced-in yard. Please note: the fenced-in yard is shared with the top unit but is very large.
Additional Information: Our home has an additional top-level unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (2 Kings and 1 bunk bed). The units can be used separately or together for large gatherings. Each unit has its own private entrance.
Stroll across the street for your breakfast/coffee at Perc, salad/sandwiches for lunch at Baby Girl, an evening cocktail or dinner at Poor Hendrix or BBQ at Genes, margaritas and Mexican/Cuban at La Fonda, and any additional items at Huckleberry's Corner Store.

Home was as described. Nice furnishings and amenities. Easy access to anything in Decatur and surrounding areas. Loved the mini golf pad.
