About this house rental
Come stay in a historic 100-year-old home! Built in 1900, fully renovated in '22. Centrally located, this duplex is in ATL's prime East Lake neighborhood. 5 restaurants/ and a coffee shop directly across the street! Walkable to East Lake golf course, Oakhurst & Kirkwood Villages, & East Lake Marta station. A short Uber/bike ride will take you to the BeltLine, Emory, Little 5, Inman & Candler Parks, downtown/midtown.
The living area features a 65” TV with Roku and Direct TV streaming, a large beautiful dining table for 6, and plenty of seating at the kitchen bar. There is a queen pull-out sofa for extra guests.
The master bedroom has a brand-new king-sized bed with a hybrid mattress and brand-new comfy linens and pillows, a large closet, a sound machine, and an ensuite luxury bathroom, and a 55” TV with Roku and Direct TV Streaming.
The second bedroom also has a brand-new king-sized bed with a hybrid mattress, brand-new comfy linens and pillows, a large closet, a sound machine, and a 55” TV with Roku and Direct TV Streaming.
The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed, a 32" TV with Roku and Direct TV Streaming, a sound machine, a nightlight, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
The full-size kitchen is well equipped with an oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, teapot, and toaster are also provided. The kitchen has all your baking and cooking utensils/equipment for you to start your next culinary dining experience!
There is a full-sized washer and dryer available for guests (free of charge), located in the master bedroom closet. Detergent and dryer sheets are included. There is a very large fenced-in yard but please note it is shared with the bottom unit.
Additional Information: Our home has an additional bottom-level unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (2 Kings). The units can be used separately or together for large gatherings. Each unit has its own private entrance.
There is ample free parking in the driveway at the side of the home for 2-3 cars per unit. Please use the right side of the driveway when staying in unit 2.
You'll get access to the house from a code sent to you for the electronic keycode lock at your private entrance. We do have a very large fenced-in yard but please know it is shared with the bottom unit.
Other things to note: Staying here you'll be centrally located to many parts of Atlanta. East Lake has so much to offer. It’s quiet, quaint, and very walkable. Directly across the street are 5 restaurants and a coffee shop. And if you want to venture a bit further, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Piedmont Park, and the Beltline are an easy 10-15 minute Uber ride away. You just need to decide which direction you want to explore and start moving!
Grocery stores, bars, amazing restaurants, banks, dry cleaners, pharmacies, bike trails, and tons of parks are all very close by and walkable. We can't wait for you to come to visit our home for some gracious hospitality and a fun, comfortable stay!

The place was immaculate and everything was wonderfully furnished. Within great walking distance of a fabulous coffee shop, ice cream shop and lunch/dinner options. Location was fantastic to visit hiking trails or head to the aquarium. Would definitely stay here again!

The most beautiful place! And the location is perfect - very walkable, nice/cute neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shop just steps away. The putting green on the property was awesome! My boys loved it. Super comfortable bed and loved the aesthetic. Highly recommend!

The property and the home looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was perfect. The check-in process was seamless. Restaurants were literally within walking distance of 5 minutes or less. We strolled through the neighborhood after dinner and enjoyed every aspect of the home. The kitchen was fully stocked. Even with all the activity in the area, the home was very quiet inside. The rooms were spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the drive into downtown was quick. We loved the property. One of the best we've stayed in!
