The living/dining room has an exit leading to a garden and a terrace. There are three bedrooms, one with a french bed measuring 1 x 160 cm and 200 cm in length, another with a french bed measuring 1 x 140 cm and 190 cm in length, and the third with a french bed measuring 1 x 160 cm and 210 cm in length. The house also has an office. The total area of the house is 104 square meters.
Amenities Included
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There are 2 showers and a separate toilet. The house has oil heating, a washing machine, and internet (WiFi) connectivity. A memory stick is provided free of charge. The house is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm installed.
