In the heart of Haute Provence. Pierrerue, a small typical village located between Forcalquier and Lurs, on the slope of a beautiful hill, surrounded by magnificent landscapes.
In the Pays de Giono, halfway between the Alps and the Mediterranean. Forcalquier 5 Km: all shops and services, rich heritage.
Recent character house, completely renovated, in the heart of the village, totally independent and air-conditioned.
Quiet environment with a magnificent view of the valley.
Large private terraced garden with relaxation furniture and deckchairs (1500m2 approximately). Illuminated bowling green and its bowling box. Terrace. Closed room available for bicycles. 2 private spaces for vehicles.
Gîte on 2 levels.
On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen/living room.
1 living room (access by a few steps) with sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Separate toilet with washbasin.
On the 1st floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160) and Bedroom (2 beds 90).
Shower room/toilet.
Towels and bed linen provided from 7 nights. Cleaning is included. For short stays household linen is not provided. Electric heating. All charges included.
