About this house rental

Potter’s Place is located on a private road off Lighthouse Road. It is named after Walter P. Garrish who grew up on the Island. This comfortable, quiet home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice open loft with a pyramid bed. It has two decks with the front being screened-in to enjoy breezy nights. It is a fairly new home and has been well kept over the years. The kitchen is roomy and has all the conveniences to enjoy home-cooked meals. There is an outdoor shower directly under the house. It is pet friendly with a kennel to ensure that your pets are kept safe while you are out enjoying the Island! This Sunday turn day property even includes all linens and towels to ease your mind while packing for your unforgettable vacation.

We loved staying at Potter’s Place. We found the house to be clean and tidy with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with the games on the front porch. We had fun playing those. Loved that there was a tv on the front porch but we couldn’t get it to work. Housekeeping may want to check light bulbs. There was one going out on the front porch. Two were out in the kitchen and the one in the laundry room didn’t work. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent Potter’s Place again. Thank you!
