Safe, clean, comfy and cozy place to stay. Has everything you’ll need if you’re looking for a spot to lay down for a nig

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s a safe, very clean, comfy and cozy place if you’re looking for a place to rest for the night. Amenities are great, has an ensuite (great water pressure too)

It’s a little off putting to walk into someone’s garage to enter the unit but other than that, it’s set up really well

Scary!

Not much. After seeing it we wanted to leave but they had our credit card and there was no option for refund.

This is simply 2 rooms in someone’s home IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. Entry was via the owner’s garage with a separate door into the booked space (door had deadbolt). There was a small bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom. Hallway between the two rooms had a blocked doorway with a styrofoam insert to cover the door. The bed had to be so close to the wall you could hardly get into the bed. Amenities were top of the line - everything you could want. Do you check out the places you list? I used to work for AAA and I guarantee they would never approve of such a listing! All reviews speak of the amenities, not the location or that it is in a personal home. Neighborhood had weeds growing at least 8 ft high!!!! I cannot imagine this has been cleared by city code! Has it been checked?

Comfortable relaxing and a at home feel you cant get from a hotel chain!!!!!!

The property was put together with alot of thought and makes you feel at home very clean and Sam the host is a man of customer service perfection well done they cook you a home cooked breakfast bravo!!!!!!

Absolutely nothing wrong or needed to be addressed way too go!!

The room is small, but it is very clean and very nicely decorated! The bed was extremely comfortable. Very nice value with comfortable, clean accommodations for an affordable price. Great location and amenities! Will stay again!

Clean, comfy, and quiet

This was an AMAZINGLY clean, modern and furnished little room. So quiet, huge 64 inch wall mounted TV, super quiet, private garage entrance made us feel very safe. Would definitely recommend if you're staying around Ann Arbor (only 15 minutes from downtown) quiet neighborhood, excellent comfy bed. Also, several nice touches like a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, hot pot, dishes, small fold out dining table. Ait purifier in room was also lovely. Fresh smelling and nice! Would stay again for sure when back in area. Although we didn't need it, host had an option to purchase breakfast for your stay.

Can't think of a bad thing to say. By far way better and CLEANER than any high end hotel we have stayed at. The room we stayed in was definitely best for 1-2 people, not huge, but very comfy.
