21 Rehoboth Beach House --- 20494 Coastal Highway, Unit #21

We had a wonderful stay at this beach apartment. Looked exactly like the photos. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4 kids and 3 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. I really appreciated the modern touches throughout: beautiful floors, updated appliances, a great kitchen sink, and spacious bathrooms. The refrigerator was large enough to hold everything we needed for the weekend, pleasantly cool airconditioning, and the mattresses were so comfortable that everyone slept soundly. The location was fantastic. It was just a quick 7 minute drive to the beach, and there is even an amazing ice cream shop (Vanderwende’s in Dewey) right down the street. The price for Sat - Mon was almost too good to be true for the time of year. We also loved the extras: a crystal clear pool, an excellent flat screen smart TV, and a view of the “Rehoboth Beach” water tower from the balcony that made the place feel special. One of the unexpected highlights was meeting Robbie, the tenant downstairs. He was incredibly friendly and full of great local recommendations.

If I had to pick anything to improve, I would say the sectional couch could be a bit larger since the apartment has three bedrooms and can host quite a few people. And while the door code worked fine, it was a little on the long side if you needed to get in quickly. But honestly, those were very minor things compared to how much we enjoyed our stay.
