Nice new apartment near to the beach

The apartment's location is great. You're just a few meters from the beach. You can't see the beach because of the trees, but it's still a great place to swim and walk. The apartment building is surrounded by other hotels and buildings, so you can't expect much privacy on the balcony. However, the location is no problem at all. The apartment and the entire building are new and really nice. It would be great to have an oven in the kitchen, but I understand that it's not necessary for most people. Having a washing machine and a dishwasher is really convenient! The TV supports wireless casting, so you can easily watch movies from your device.

The only thing that could be improved is the communication. Before arrival, we only received a general message. After we arrived, there was no reception, so I called the contact number. The man did not speak English very well, but he sent me a message with instructions and a code. The code opened the small door but not the gate for the car. I tried everything and called the guy again. In the end, I realized that the code could not open the gate, although it looked like it could. You must use a remote inside a safe with the keys. Similarly, we searched for the waste storage area for some time. All of these issues could have been avoided if one clear message with instructions had been sent.

Mielno/Unieście jest bardzo atrakcyjną miejscowością wypoczynkową o każdej porze roku.

Obszerny i ładnie, nowocześnie urządzony apartament, doskonale wyposażony we wszystkie podstawowe udogodnienia. Ogrodzony, zamknięty teren i prywatny parking to dodatkowy plus tego miejsca. Położenie obiektu blisko wejścia promenadę nadmorską a jednocześnie na uboczu, pozwala doskonale wypocząć od gwaru dużych miast.

Wbrew moim oczekiwaniom przed przyjazdem nie otrzymałem wiadomości o sposobie wejścia do obiektu. Dopiero po wykonaniu telefonu i wysłuchaniu kilkuminutowej wesołej muzyczki odezwała się recepcja. Młody człowiek, sądzac po głosie, podał mi kody wejściowe i mogłem wejść do apartamentu nr 13. W apartamencie spotkało mnie chłodne przyjęcie z powodu panującej w nim temperatury (16 st. C). Zważywszy na grudniowy, mglisty i chłodny wczesny wieczór nie było to przyjazne powitanie.

Przestronny apartament blisko plaży

Bardzo blisko plaży, czysty i przestronny apartament, wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe, duży balkon. Spacerkiem można dostać się zarówno do centrum Mielna jak i na smaczną rybkę w Unieściu.

Wyposażenie kuchni to jakiś żart - 2 kubki? Wszystkiego bardzo mało. Jest zmywarka, ale naczynia i tak trzeba myć na bieżąco, żeby np napić się kawy drugi raz w ciągu dnia. Drzwi są wyregulowane tak, że mając jedną rękę po urazie miałam problem zarówno z otwarciem jak i przytrzymaniem, żeby wejść czy wyjść. Oby kiedyś nie stało się jakieś nieszczęście. Zauważyłam, że nie ja jedna wpisuję to w opinię, naprawdę wystarczyłaby regulacja.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr geräumig und modern. Die Sicherheit wird groß geschrieben, Parkplätze sind videoüberwacht.

Die Betten waren sehr hart und man durfte nicht mal auf dem Balkon E-Zigarette rauchen.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Hinternissen....

Wir wurden nach telefonischer Absprache zur Ankunft an der Ferienanlage empfangen. Die Schlüssel gab uns ein sehr netter etwas deutsch sprechender junger Mann. Es fand eine kurze Einweisung mit dem Code zum öffnen der Haustür statt. Wir bekamen noch eine SMS mit den Codes ,WLan und auch für das Schließfach im Haus,wo bei Abreise der Schlüssel zu hinterlegen ist. Ebenso wurden wir zu der gebuchten Wohnung geführt. Ansonsten ist Niemand da . Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah hinter den Dünen zum Strand und hat einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf etwas Wald. Der langläufige Promenadenweg verläuft am Wald entlang. Es ist aber ruhig.Man kann die Leute vorbei laufen sehen. In der Wohnung ist alles sehr ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnanlage ist teilweise eingezäunt.Es gibt eine Fernbedienung am Schlüssel für das Tor,damit man mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz kommt. Zur Wohnung 10 gehört der Stellplatz außerhalb am Objekt. Wichtig zu erwähnen wäre noch der Müllplatz. Dieser ist im Objekt unten .Man geht durch das kleine Gatter rechts nach der Toreinfahrt und dann gleich die 1. große Stahltür. Der Schlüssel dazu ist am Bund mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel. Von der Wohnanlage ist es nicht weit ca.10 Min. zum Polo Lebensmittel Markt an der Hauptstraße gleich neben der Pizzeria🍕🍔 "Harem"und rechts am Promenadenweg geht es ebenso schnell zu den Alten Booten und den vielen Fischlädchen ,die frischen Fisch🐟 täglich im Ofen davor räuchern und ein paar Restaurants...Voll lecker!!!😋 Links vom Objekt aus geht es an der Promenade entlang zum Strand🏖️. Der ist fein,breit,sehr sauber und Kilometer lang und in ca. einer halben Stunde geht es nach Mielno in die City mit zahlreichen Läden, Cafés und Restaurants. Geld💶 wechseln kann man man an der Hauptstraße in der Nähe der City im Kantor bis Samstag. Sonntag ist geschlossen! Es fahren auch kleine Busse herum,die man telefonisch bestellen kann,wenn man nicht so viel laufen kann, oder möchte.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, daß man vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner hat. Ebenso war das Bett sehr hart und nicht so groß. Man bekommt Rückenschmerzen! Ein Topper würde bestimmt Abhilfe schaffen! Es waren Spinnweben an den Lampen an der Decke,die Luftschächte waren auch total verdreckt.Man muss beim Putzen auch mal nach oben schauen.Der Abwasch ist auch eher etwas schwierig,weil bei dem Abwaschbecken nur eine kleine Fläche zum Abtropfen da ist. Da würde vielleicht eine Abtropfschale helfen. Es gab nur 4 Tassen und 4 Teller,1 Topf und 3 Pfannen .Dafür lohnt es sich nicht ,die Spülmaschine anzuschalten!Jede Menge Weingläser und 3 Whisky Gläser.🤔 Da müsste noch etwas mehr dazu gestellt werden.Der Toaster ist ein Sandwich Maker ,die Filter Kaffemaschine schaltet immer mal ab und es braucht daher etwas Geduld. Der Tresor oberhalb des Kühlschrankes ist nicht benutzbar. Es fehlten auch noch viel mehr Kleiderbügel ! Einiges wurde schon in früheren Bewertungen bemängelt, aber noch immer nicht beseitigt! Und nach 1 Woche hätten wir uns über frische Handtücher gefreut! Und ganz wichtig....Es gibt zwar einen schönen großen Flachbildfernseher,aber kein Deutsches Fernsehen!!! Ist mir ein Rätsel,wo es Satelliten Fernsehen heutzutage gibt! Liegt wohl daran, daß nur wenige deutsche Touristen da sind.Eine Klimaanlage habe ich in der Wohnung auch nicht gefunden. Insgesamt gibt es in Mielno wenig deutsche Gäste, obwohl es dort sehr schön ist. Die Verständigung ist nur per Übersetzer App und Englisch möglich. Deutsch verstehen nur wenige.

Doskonały miejsce na odpoczynek po trudach pracy.

Najkorzystniejsza z możliwych lokalizacji. Cisza, porządek. Pięknie wykończony obiekt architektonicznie z zewnątrz oraz wewnątrz. Wspaniale urządzona zieleń wokół apartamentowca. Dodatkowe udogodnienie w postaci garażu z możliwością przejścia od wewnątrz budynku to majstersztyk. Zapewniony wysoki poziom bezpieczeństwa. Na wyposażeniu mieszkania dosłownie wszystko co potrzebne by żyć jak u siebie w domu.

Słabo drożny odpływ w umywalce łazienkowej. Niedziałający z powodu - prawdopodobnie - wyczerpanych baterii pilot do sterowania urządzeniem klimatyzacyjnym. Nieodpowiednio wyregulowany samodomykacz drzwi wejściowych do mieszkania, co powodowało trzaskanie drzwiami.

Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder!

Das Apartment war super! Alles sehr hochwertig, sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, extrem sauber und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Auch dass das Apartment direkt am Strand liegt und einen Balkon zu zwei Seiten hat, fanden wir super!

Das einzige, was wir schade fanden, war dass kein Late check out möglich war.
