Perfect for family gathering at Christmas time - hot tub was a favourite!! Comfortable and homely.
Christmas tree could’ve been a little better/bigger as we had kids with us and presents were left under tree for Christmas. Mattresses weren’t very comfortable but wouldn’t put us off staying again.

The house was very comfortable and spacious for our large family group. It was especially helpful to have two separate "wings" of bedrooms to help control noise issues with the very young children in our group.
The kitchen was great as was the large refrigerator. Our family bought groceries and cooked many meals at the house. An especially nice feature was the sunroom which looked out into the neighboring garden and was a cheerful and quiet separate space.
The hot tub was also a nice feature that was used by several family members.

Comfortable spacious all in one level excellent hot tub facilities especially after a round of golf all the boys enjoyed . Good parking facilities .kitchen facilities exelent washing and drying facilities
Would have been nice to-have had a couple of sun loungers (frying pans would be better non stick )
