Widok z okna salonu na jezioro. Piękne zachody słońca. Wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i mozna pospacerować wokół jeziora. Jest również ścieżka rowerowa. Blisko Nowa i Stara Plaża Miejska(około 25 min). Mieszkanie bardzo ciepłe, ale w razie potrzeby jest wiatrak. Do dyspozycji duże łóżko i dwie rozkładane kanapy. W łazience jest wanna trochę mniejszą niż standardowe, ale dla dzieci idealna. W kuchni do dyspozycji wszystko co potrzebne żeby przygotować jedzenie (są również przyprawy,cukier, sól, herbata, olej, mąka). Pod blokiem super plac zabaw.
Brak windy, mieszkanie na 4 piętrze.

Švara, galimybė reguliuotis buto šildymą, šviesus butas. Buvo prieskonių, arbatos,aliejaus...
Svetainėje lovos skirtos miegojimui pasenę, nepatogios miegui,mažos. Miegamajame maža lova (turbūt apie 120cm). Patalynė pasenusi,sukritusi, bet švari. Labai šviesu, nėra galimybės normaliai užsitemdyti kambario.Už svetainės lango triukšminga gatvė... Balkonėlis labai mažas,imitacinis. Butas 4ame aukšte.
