Atslēgu kastīte pie ieejas durvīm kāpņu telpā. Dzīvoklis 4.stāvā, lifta nav. Ļoti tīrs un kārtīgs. Stabils internets. Smart TV. Virtuvīte ar visu nepieciešamo. Ļoti tīrs dzīvoklis. Laba lokācija, turpat promenāde un ezeriņš.
