Una ubicación tranquila y accesible. Pueblo con servicios de salud, gasolinera y supermercados. Zona muy tranquila a las afueras del pueblo. Facilidad para poder visitar en coche lugares cercanos y pintorescos como Masca o Garachico. Cocina perfecta con todos los utensilios necesarios y en perfecto estado. Nevera espaciosa. Televisión grande de tipo Smart y con HDMI. Baño con bañera y con suficiente espacio para guardar artículos de higiene personal.
El tostador al conectarse causaba cortocircuito y tiraba abajo los plomos, pero con subirlos de nuevo todo volvía. Las resistencias de ese tipo de electrodomésticos suelen causar esos problemas así que lo entiendo; no le doy importancia. Y un detalle menor, nos faltaron unas servilletas.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig, man hat eine schöne Terrasse mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf die Berge und auf das Meer. In der Nähe gibt es ein Obstgeschäft, in dem man frisches Brot für sein Frühstück kaufen kann. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für ein paar erholsame Tage in Teneriffa abseits des Touristenrummels. Nancy und Rafael haben alle unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet und konnten uns weiterhelfen!
Für die Schlüsselübergabe muss man seine Dokumente einscannen/fotografieren und per mail oder WhatsApp an die Verwalter einreichen. Das sollte man wissen, da Booking.com ausdrücklich davon abrät.
Wir haben eine Grundausstattung vermisst wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl und ausreichend Toilettenpapier sowie Waschpulver. Diese Sachen bekommt man nicht in kleinen Mengen.

The apartment was super new and clean. Well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay like kitchen utensils, washing machine and TV. A spacious bedroom and a big terrace with seats and table. A good communication with the staff and there was always place to park on the street.
The kitchen sink was on the opposite side which was a bit uncomfortable to wash the dishes. There was a noise from the fridge and also from the bathroom exhaust fan. I think the condiments like salt, oil and vinegar could be provided for the whole stay and not only for the first days. Going south from the village of Buenavista there are 15 km of curves before entering the highway. It can be a bit challenging driving at night.
