The main advantage of this place is its location. It is very close to many hiking trails and other interesting places in the north of the island. To evaluate the house well you have to take into account that it is mainly a cottage in the mountains, so there are not many amenities typical of a villa by the ocean.
This house would be much, much better if the owner paid more attention to it. There are plenty of little things to fix in the house. A lot of things supposedly exist, but they are broken, damaged or simply hopelessly, shoddily repaired. I think that by putting 500EUR into this house and 2 days of work, you could make it a really nice place.

Lovely location- at the edge of the village with views of the mountains. Tasteful furnishings.
The pool did not have any information about how deep it was and it wasn’t clear if it was serviced- the filter appeared to come on in the afternoon but there was green algae on the sides and peeling paint on the bottom.
