balcony was really for mornings, afternoons and evenings. well equipped kitchen. very friendly and helpful host. ac was a lifesaver in the weather we had. very spacious, comfortable to live in. good location, nice neighbourhood. was very convenient to have a supermarket (Carrefour) just outside the door.
the apartment seems modern in all pictures but is actually bit dated (eg old elevator, old light switches - not sure if that’s common in the area, could just be a standard). when it’s on, the ac unit blows hot air into the balcony, so not as nice to sit unless you move the table around (was ok for 2 people but not sure whether more would fit comfortably without anyone getting hot air into their face).

A truly welcoming stay!
It's the little touches that showed real care—
plenty of towels, bottled water (even one chilled in the fridge!), and a lovely fresh scent like your favorite fabric softener. The travel-size
toiletries were such a thoughtful bonus, especially for someone not packing shampoo.
Everything felt clean, cozy, and very
accommodating-like a real home away from home. Highly recommended!

La posizione è centralissima e l’appartamento molto silenzioso, nonostante sia vicino alla stazione e di fronte al mercato
Eravamo in 3 e uno di noi dormiva sul divano-letto. Ho dovuto farmi io il letto. Speravo fosse già pronto per me.
