This hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again!

WOW! We were very impressed by the level of customer service received by the Best Western staff. Stephanie was at the desk and was incredibly helpful! We made a reservation error when booking and she corrected it quickly. She was very patient and answered our questions quickly. The rooms were very clean and stocked with the usual necessities. The breakfast area was very nice with several offerings!
The pool was very cold (probably mid 70's) so that should be mentioned somewhere for Winter guests. The breakfast offerings needed to have an attendant watching to refill the waffle machines, Juice Bar, eggs, etc. as we had to ask several times for things to be replenished. They DID refill things quickly, however, so again the customer service received was amazing. Also, the tables in the breakfast area should have a sanitation station or wipes available to wipe off in between uses. With it being Cold/Flu season and the fact we had hundreds of kids in town for a wrestling tournament, I would have liked the ability to sanitize the space. The beds were clean, but not comfortable.
