    We stayed one night at the resort and stay was fine. Staff were helpful and friendly. Though little far from downtown Tenkasi, location was good and very quiet and peaceful. Though only breakfast was available and food was South Indian, items were very good and tasty.

    Positives: 1. Located on the way to Old Courtallam, in a calm and serene area away from the crowded town. 2. Spacious and comfortable room, suitable for a family of three. 3. Swimming pool available and great for kids—my son enjoyed it, and other families seemed to as well. 4. Private man-made waterfall inside the property. Despite initial doubts, the water flow and experience were surprisingly good, offering a feel similar to a natural waterfall but with privacy. 5. Staff are extremely courteous and go the extra mile to ensure guest comfort. Renovation is ongoing, so the kitchen isn’t fully operational, but they prepare food at another restaurant and deliver it on time when ordered in advance. 6. Food was reasonably priced and tasty—we tried fish and chicken, both were good. 7. Special thanks to Manager Karthick Kumar and the housekeeping staff (Karthik, Charles, and team) for their service. Verdict: We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Courtallam.
