Proximity to the Courtallam waterfalls is the only plus to this property. Also the food is good.
The general lack of response from the staff is just borderline rage baiting. Room service rarely answers. The coordination btw their various departments is comically pathetic and they expect the guest to make up for their lack of management skills by stepping into that shoes. The parking space is severely inadequate with them making guests double park. Also, they don’t manage the parking efficiently. I personally lost about an hour coordinating with multiple people from security to their manager just to get a double parked car moved so that I can go enjoy my vacation. The general lack of cleanliness is also worth noting. There is a weird off putting smell in the bathrooms.
