Dejlig lejlighed i roligt kvarter med adgang til stor pool uden ret mange børn. Og skønt tennisanlæg. Velassorteret køkken med alt man behøver. Desuden dejlig overdækket terrasse, som fungerede som ekstra stue. Og vigtigt i juli: God aircondition. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The apartment is really nice with a great balcony which does have a limited sea view in the distance. We spent many a happy hour or two sitting there and reading with a glass of wine. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It's a 20-minute walk to old town Antibes and about the same to Juan Les Pins. And it's easy to get to the train stations to travel to Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc which was perfect.

Having to guarantee an 800 Euro deposit was excessive, in my opinion. We've never had to pay anywhere near that amount before. They didn't take the money but have only just released that guarantee, one month on. So they could have taken all or part of that 800 Euros at any point over the past month - even though they came to the flat to get the keys and had a look around as we were leaving. Perhaps they've had trouble in the past but that is, as I say, excessive. As others have said, picking up the keys in the centre of Antibes from a lockbox was a real pain after a long journey. We were warned not to shut the balcony door if outside because we'd lock ourselves out of the apartment. The problem with that is there are a lot of mosquitoes about and we had a warning about a case of chikungunya in the area. But leaving the balcony door open meant mosquitoes did get into the apartment.

Flott leilighet med god beliggenhet. Gangavstand til både gamlebyen Antibes og Juan les pins. Supermarked rett nede i gata. Stort pluss med svømmebasseng og tennisbane i tilknytning til eiendommen. Enkelt men brukbart tennissett i leiligheten og et par andre utendørsleker. Stor terrasse med utsikt over en frodig hage. God kommunikasjon med utleier.

Depositumsordningen. Det kreves et relativt høyt depositum som blir reservert men ikke trukket fra kontoen din, til et firma utenfor booking.com. Per d.d har ingenting blitt trukket fra kontoen, så jeg antar at ordningen er trygg og det ikke er noe problem. Kunne allikevel ønsket mer informasjon om vilkårene.
