Really nice and clean apartment, which had everything I needed.
Great bathroom and shower, with hot water working very well, comfortable bed.
There is a main road passing nearby, but the noise is very limited, and I am a very light sleeper, so I would say it's quiet too.
Not really a downside, but something important to know: it's true that it's 10/15 minutes walking from the old town, but when going back, it's all uphill, some of it on stairs.. so if you aren't very fit, or if you're after a 100% relax holiday, this might not be for you. It's like doing a mini hike every time you need to get back to the apartment.. I love hiking so it wasn't an issue at all for me.

The property had a great view from the window of the Old Town and the Ocean. The apartment was clean and had great amenities eg. good AC, hot water was quick for the shower, good kitchen with basic seasoning and coffee. The hostess and her husband were very helpful, and gave lots of great suggestions to do in the area which helped me a lot as a solo traveller. The neighbours were also friendly. Close to all the tours and historic sites within short walking distance.
The downside of the great view is that the property is on a hill, so going home from the Old Town requires many stairs. I usually got home very sweaty, it’s fine for me. But if you are elderly then may need to get Ubers every time.

The location is great, just 15 minutes by foot from the old town of Dubrovnik. The view from the living room is stunning! You can watch the sunset and relax with this amazing scenario. The flat is pretty spacious, full of light and comfortable. It was easy to collect the keys from the box and I could also leave the luggage nearby on the departure day.
Although the city centre is very close by, the flat is on the hill and it can be quite exhausting to reach it by foot. Of course there are options available, like Uber or scooter. But still, it's something to keep in mind. Groceries are also not very close by. In particular on Sundays and public holidays, it might take a bit to find a store for buying food.
