There is only 2 minutes’ walk, down the steps to the main promenade Stradun that leads to Onofrio's fountain, Sponza Palace and all other attraction within 5minutes walk.
The best known beach Banje is only 5 minutes away on foot.
Apartments are in near vicinity of different restaurants, pizza places, bars, gallery's and shops.
Guest can enjoy exploring the Old city and also try a different sight to the town with panoramic views from the Cable car situated only 2minutes walk from the apartments.
Old town Dubrovnik is perfect places for people looking to explore the history and rich culture with great views, food and architecture.

Spent 5 nights at this property and had a great holiday. Apartment was small but perfectly fine for us. The location is excellent and the air conditioning and shower were both great. Only downside was the outdoor space which has been mentioned in recent reviews - the apartment is advertised as with a terrace but the picture shows the terrace outside the apartment next door and whilst we were there was exclusively used by both the families there during our stay. It therefore doesn’t have a terrace and this listing needs correcting as we booked this for the terrace! As it happened it didn’t spoil our stay but needs to removed from the description to avoid further confusion.

Excellent location (1 min from Buza gate no need to drag yr luggage on the many steps of the old city. Independent access on courtyard. Quiet. Very neat and clean.
Tiny but perfectly equipped. Strong and hot shower.
Picture with courtyard misleading: most of it, including table and chairs, assigned to neighbouring appartement (confirmed by cleaning gentleman).
Window opens on courtyard so no privacy once you open the window.
In conclusion: highly recommended.
Note : to reach the place it's easy if you look at the map, just after passing the Buza gate, on the wall on your right.
Room is marked "sobe" at N°4.

We were led to believe we could sit on patio
Chairs were outside someone else’s apt up stairs and always full. Our apt was clean but bed linens should be replaced - maybe clean but old and dingy. Safe didn’t work and fire alarm battery dead. AC and hot water great

Situé en haut de la veille ville, pratique pour tout faire à pied mais ne pas avoir peur des marches! La veille ville en est remplie! Terrasse de la chambre agréable par beau temps!
Chambre petite mais propre manque juste de place pour faire sécher les vêtements en cas de pluie comme nous avons eux! Quelques patères seraient appréciables. Deux matelas et trop mous pour nous!
