The two-bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortably accommodates four adults. The view over the bay is beautiful, and the terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the sunsets. Both bedrooms and the living room have their own separate air conditioning units, which is great for those who prefer to sleep in a cooler environment. The beds are wide (160 cm) and comfortably firm (although that is, of course, a matter of personal preference). The bathroom is very well equipped and includes everything you might need, including toiletries. There is even a washer-dryer available. The kitchen is also very well equipped, with a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and a spacious dining table. There is a garden hose in front of the house where you can wash sand off your feet before going inside, or even rinse sand off your car after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this place if you can accept the minor drawbacks listed below.

The apartment is located on higher ground, so walking to and from the town center can be challenging. However, this is clearly visible before booking and is not a fault of the property itself. Parking is available in front of the house. It generally works well, although it can become a bit tight if two larger cars are parked there and the drivers are not considerate of each other. One thing we missed was a microwave oven. There may have been one in the past, as we found instructions for it in a drawer. Perhaps it had recently broken and we were simply unlucky with the timing. A proper broom would also have been useful for quickly sweeping up sand or crumbs. Getting the vacuum cleaner out every time felt a bit excessive for such small tasks. What we really missed was a sharp kitchen knife, or at least a knife sharpener that could be used on the knives provided. The Wi-Fi is shared through a mobile internet connection, so the speed varied between slow and very slow depending on how many people were using it at the same time. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to charge my electric car. The reason given was fire safety concerns and that the apartment's electrical system was not designed for EV charging. Although the washer-dryer actually consumes more power than my charger and uses the same outlet, those were the house rules, so I respected them and did not charge the car.
