Duschvorrichtung schließt nicht gut mit dem Wannenrand ab, es gab keine Aufwischmöglichkeit für die dadurch entstehenden Überschwemmungen…auch ein einfacher Besen und Müllschippe waren nicht zu finden…. Aber sonst war alles okay!

Very spacious, perfect for a family, well equipped kitchen, barbecue space, parking spot next to apartment. The place got everything we needed and infrared sauna was a nic addition.

The fact that there was no place there to dispose glass (garbage) was at least inconvenient… We had to look for a communal bins which were not easy to find. Also, it was the first time when I was charged for an electricity used separately (luckily there was one cash machine open in town, as we were asked to pay in cash). Not to mention that the instructions and all the forms were entirely in German only (not a massive issue nowadays, but it would be nice to have them in English/Czech or Polish as well).

Die Wohnung ist mega sauber gewesen, gemütlich und einladend eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check in war problemlos, der Kontakt freundlich und schnell. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment in a perfect location for exploring the Zittau Mountains. Quiet surroundings, free parking right by the building, and smooth self check-in/check-out. A printed confirmation of the local tax payment was waiting for us on the table – it came with great perks like free bus and train rides in the whole region.

The listing and the post-booking messages could use some improvement. The sauna is described rather enthusiastically in the offer, but in reality it’s a tiny cabin that feels cramped with more than two people. Guests are also required to read and report the electricity meter, which is then billed separately (though the fee is low) – something I haven’t encountered before when booking apartments through Booking. One of the messages after booking stated that we needed to bring our own bed linen and towels or pay extra, but it turned out they were actually included in the price.
